3. Registration and User Account

4. Payment and Refund

4.2 Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date:
- •Full refund if requested within 7 days
- •No need to justify the reason
- •Up to 10 business days for processing
- •After 7 days, refunds cannot be requested
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Recurring service subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel renewal at any time through your account, keeping access until the end of the paid period.
5. Intellectual Property
- •License of Use: We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license for personal access and use of the content, solely for educational purposes.

8. Certificates
Completion certificates are issued to students who:
- •Complete 100% of the course content
- •Pass the assessments (when applicable)
- •Are up to date with payments
Certificates are digital and can be verified via a unique code. They do not replace undergraduate diplomas or official certifications from regulatory bodies.
9. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the services after the modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of São Paulo - SP are elected to settle any disputes arising from these terms.
